The Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors sent a reminder to members about the upcoming new home and remodeling show. Think of it as “something for everybody” and unlike upscale Homearamas this showcase should present ideas and concepts at a more affordable prices.
CINCINNATI – The maiden voyage of Cincinnati’s New Home & Remodeling Tour will take place over two weekends, Sept. 7-8 and 14-15 with 25 new homes and two remodeled ports of call. Remodeling entries will only be open on Sept. 14-15. The scattered site home tour, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati (HBA), runs from 12 noon to 5 p.m. each day. “This is a great venue for people to get ideas for new decorating or home remodeling projects. It’s also an excellent opportunity for prospective home buyers to visit several new home models and communities in a short amount of time,” said Dan Dressman, HBA Executive Director.
Good news- attendees can join or leave the self-guided tour at any location.
