Less foot traffic and a sizable drop in the number of available listings will make the next few weeks interesting for both buyers and sellers.  According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati potential buyers have 9146 single family homes and 1353 condos available -a drop from the report posted 2 weeks ago.  Compared to the last zip code report the local Cincinnati real estate market prices are taking a hit in across our marketplace:

Interest rates went up and the small hike has eliminated some potential buyers.  Sellers need to get aggressive with pricing and taking care of problems that may be turning off potential buyers.  Note to sellers:  if feedback surveys are repeating themselves with descriptive words such as: dated, funny odors, too many things wrong- it might be time to rethink both the marketing and pricing games.  Remember new carpet and a coat of paint are the easiest fixes to do and have the best return on the your investment.
