The old real estate adage -location, location, location still has impact on local sale prices.  Each county shows improvement but comparing the average sale price through the end of July 2013 to the list above- dreams of selling for a huge profit may be a little premature.  So far this year the average sale price:

  • Butler County $153,664
  • Clermont County $177,199
  • Hamilton County $180,942
  • Warren County $220,132

Hot real estate pockets exist throughout the area- so before you make any decision about whether it’s time to sell or sit- contact a Realtor and review the current numbers for your neighborhood.
