Pending sales for the month of July are moving along. The chart below is a “combined view” of both single family and condos located in Hamilton, Clermont, Butler and Warren counties. Notice the average list price range gap between the highest number of pending sales and the next highest…over $100,000.
Real estate activity in Cincinnati’s larger townships continues to reflect the general ups and downs we’re seeing through out the area. The median list prices continue to flucuate The data pulled from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati shows that potential buyers have 9264 single family homes and 1417 condos to buy- a slight decrease in the number of listings from the last township report.
July is a big month for vacations and typically showings slow down a bit however 308 open houses have already been scheduled for next weekend- so buyers will be out and about.
