The local Cincinnati real estate market is hot and nobody can predict when the buying trend will end. The median list price continues to float upward in the majority of the townships tracked every two weeks.
The real estate activity in some of Cincinnati’s larger townships reflects the general ups and downs we’re seeing through out the area. The median list prices continue to bounce around for no particular reason. The number of listings is still low and the data is pulled from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati potential buyers have 9045 single family homes and 1424 condos to buy-a very slight increase in the number of new listings from the last township report.
Economic conditions, gas prices and the threat of rising interest rates continues to impact the housing market. So while it lasts- if you’re thinking about moving up,downsizing or buying your first home-don’t get burned waiting for a better opportunity.
