Bird's Eye View of Cincinnati Real Estate

Cincinnati home sales continue to exceed sales during the same time frame in 2012.  According to data pulled from the CincyMLS, all 4 counties are ahead for the first 3 months of the year.

Greater Cincinnati Single Family Home Sales

Once again home sellers in Warren County experienced a drop in the average sale price- but not in the number of homes sold.

Low mortgage rates, lack of new listings coming on the market and seasonable weather has been fueling a mini burst in real estate sales throughout greater Cincinnati.  Modest increases in average sale prices may be enough of an incentive for fence sitting sellers to finally put their home on the market.
