It’s hard to decide which project will improve the value of your property.  But before you spend thousands of dollars updating kitchens and bathrooms -remember the basics when it comes to selling:

1. Carpet cleaning…or if needed replace carpeting.
2. Buff up the floors.
3. A fresh coat of paint.
4. Think about new hardware in kitchen or bathroom.  Do you really need a new kitchen or bathroom or will updating faucets, cabinet hardware or sinks take care of the problem?
