According to a report issued by the National Association of Realtors covering real estate sales across the United States- thing really are improving in the greater Cincinnati housing market! Greater Cincinnati sales and median price has increased over the same time frame in 2010. The median price rose $900 which doesn't sound like much until you look at other locations where the prices have decreased by thousands of dollars. However I admit I cannot quite figure out what number NAR is utilizing...
