Drive-By Real Estate

How often have you driven by a property for sale and decided it’s value without getting out of your car?

Don’t kid yourself- everybody does it.

Mangled bushes, unkempt lawn, cars parked on the grass, shutters hanging- you get the picture.

Most sellers take great pains to stage the interior of their real estate which often includes cleaning up the front door or porch -and then let the rest of the property speak for itself.

What language is the outside of your home (and your neighbor’s homes) saying about your real estate listing?

It’s that time of the year to take a good look at the exterior and fix things up before the winter does more damage.

If you need an extra set of eyes looking at your house-let me know (call or email) and I will be glad to “drive by”.
