It's time to remind buyers and sellers about "shopping for schools".
One of the first things out-of-town buyers (and sometimes in-town too) always asks..."what's the best school district?" And my standard reply has always been....."I can't say because you know what's best for your kids".
There are lots of rules and guidelines for Realtors(c) and on the top of the list is that we do not discuss school districts. The guideline are good for a few reasons:
