Sales in all four counties continue to outpace sales compared to same time frame last year.  The current average sale price for single family homes in greater Cincinnati is $195,191 compared to $182,645 for the quarter of 2016 - 6.5% +/- increase. According to the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service has only 4363 homes listed for sale.
