Weekly Greater Cincinnati Real Estate Buzz

Getting a jump on Valentine’s Day red and looking at 2 important numbers this week- days on market and # of new listings versus # absorbed (sold pending)..or how fast is inventory selling.
Lots of sellers want to protect themselves by shortening the listing contract from 6 months to r 90 or120 days but as you can see many areas have a very high number of “days on market”.
Think about giving your agent enough time to market and sell your property!

A wide range in median prices for homes and a good reflection on conditions in the local Cincinnati real estate market when you look at days on market. Unfortunately days on market only counts the current listing period and some of these properties have been listed by several companies over the many months.
