It's officially time for the Union Centre Music and Food Festival and the fun begins at 5pm Friday night and runs from 11am -10:30pm on Saturday. The festival has something for everybody -food, music, car show and more. After suffering through some of the previous festivals held during the summer heat-the weather looks perfect for the this year's event. Stop by our Coldwell Banker office on the Square and say hello.

People living in West Chester, Beckett Ridge, Liberty Township and surrounding neighborhoods come out to cheer on their favorites. The "Crazy Cardboard Regatta" races begins at noon on Saturday...and yes the boats must be made out of cardboard.
