West Chester’s Going to the Dogs!

This weekend the Voice of America Park in West Chester Township will come alive with barking and howling.
Dog Fest runs 11 am – 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday and parking is $8.00 per vehicle.
In addition to showing off your favorite dog-the event will also have food and vendor booths as well as demos and contests.

Listing prices up and sold prices declining for the majority of the market. In east and west West Chester the sold price is down on single family homes and up for condos. In contrast Liberty Township both the list and sale prices for single family homes have increased. Remember the government tax credits require properties be under contract by April 30.
