The Cincy Blog (thecincyblog.com) is a business blog focused on the greater Cincinnati real estate market.
Initially the focus will be on general real estate issues affecting consumers in the greater Cincinnati area as well as specific neighborhood highlights. As time goes on (and this blogger becomes more proficient) the content will expand allowing neighbors to share useful neighborhood information.

This blog is about you- the consumer- so your comments and suggestions are always welcome. Everybody is interested in real estate and often are guided by friends and family when making important buying/selling decisions. It is my intention to provide information which will reinforce (or challenge) your perceptions.
Resume:
Licensed realtor in Ohio since 1989. Prior experience was working for AT&T for 17 years (the old AT&T) after graduating from the University of Michigan. In 1989, I had the opportunity for a very early retirement and jumped into real estate- and never regretted the move. During the last eighteen years I have been engaged in all facets of the business from sales, management to relocation and as a result may have a slightly different perspective on the wonderful world of real estate to share.
