The update on Cincinnati condo sales through the end of May 2017.

Clermont County sales volume is just slightly behind last year- but the average sale price is higher.   The current average sale price for condos in greater Cincinnati is $167,055 compared to $140,600  for the same time frame in 2016- another hot month.

According to the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service has 537 condos listed for sale.

The CincyMLS covers all the surrounding counties (as far north as Dayton) and sale prices do vary by areas.  As you’ll see the average sale price in all the counties increased from the same time frame last year.

The limited number of condos for sale and the very slight bump in interest rates may discourage new buyers from entering the real estate market.
