January weather was not s problem and mortgage interest rates are still at a historical low.  Biggest problem is the continued shortage of homes for sale in our area.  Anxious sellers are concerned that if their home sells quickly- they have no place to move.  While this is a huge issue, temporary housing arrangements have become the “in thing” in this market.  Short term rentals on furnished and unfurnished homes and apartments are available.
