It’s groundhog day-what will Puxsutawney Phil tell Cincinnati about the end of winter?

According to the official groundhog site if Phil fails to see his shadow-winter will soon end. On the other hand, if it’s sunny and he sees his shadow- we should expect another 6 weeks of winter weather.

Shadow or no shadow- so far our winter has been very mild in comparison to states east of greater Cincinnati.  And it’s already February so even if it snows-April, and spring weather is just 58 days away.
