A quick look at real estate activity in some of Cincinnati’s larger townships this week. The median list prices for listings across the area continue to bounce up and down as buyers struggle to find new listings hitting the market. The number of listings is still low and the data is pulled from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati potential buyers have 8185 single family homes and 1356 condos to buy-an increase of a few new listings from the last township report.
The median list prices have been fairly consistent over the past 2 weeks. So if you’ve had your property up for sale for more than 45 days without an offer, it’s probably time to sit down and discuss pricing strategy with your agent.
