Buyers and sellers may think they’re driving through a Mike’s Car Wash trying to decipher all the signs and signals. Don’t brake, go when on green…and my favorite…”You’re Looking Gooooood!” It’s hard to know what’s fact and what’s fiction. So in order to keep you on top of the local real estate market -information about a few townships will updated every other week. Townships throughout our area are unique. Some like Liberty Township are growing rapidly while others are more mature and settled. All townships share one common trait-no income tax (yet) and many cross school and community boundaries. The numbers below are for homes and condos listed solely in the township. So as an example a property for sale in Finneytown is not counted as Springfield Township (Finneytown is in Springfield Twp) but would show up on a count for “Finneytown”. The data is pulled from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati potential buyers have 8802 single family homes and 1371 condos to buy-a slight increase over last week.
Buyers are still hunting for their dream home – so if you’re currently trying to sell your home and not getting any showings- spiff up the entrance, take a look at the online pictures and make sure you’re competitively priced.
