If you’re really bored and tired of the constant barrage of political commercials- maybe debating the pros and cons of the greater Cincinnati real estate market might help pass the time. The past week saw a slight dip in showings probably too many local baseball fans listening or attending the games. I expect continued ups-and-downs for both buyers and sellers in the local market until after the November elections. It’s happens every time we elect a president-even though the elections never have any immediate impact the local real estate market. Go figure!
According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati potential buyers have 9821 single family homes and 1561 condos to shop- down slightly from last week. Compared to last week, some zip codes have higher median list prices while others lost some traction.
