Last month both Clermont and Butler sales volume was behind 2011-this month only Clermont is below last year’s sales.
The gross sales volume is down and the average sale price in 2 of the 4 counties is ahead for the same time frame in 2011.

Obtaining a mortgage is still the number one issue for condo buyers-but as regulations ease and the buyers snap up the short sales and or foreclosures- we should a return to a more consistent condo market.
