Are Condos Selling in Greater Cincinnati?
Currently the condo market in Greater Cincinnati looks like a Western Southern Tennis match- lots of volleys and sea-sawing scores.

According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati overall dollar sales volume for condos is up in Hamilton and Warren Counties.
Areas with lots of moderately priced condos, Butler and Clermont counties, were the hardest hit with both short sales and foreclosures and the numbers reflect the problems. However just like tennis match the scores for average sale price puts a slightly different spin on the numbers and only the condos in Butler County are selling for a higher price than last year.
