Who Knows About Cincinnati Homes for Sale?
House hunting around greater Cincinnati is similar to playing a video game!
Some buyers plan strategic moves and pounce when a property comes on the market. They know the neighborhood, what’s selling and not selling and, in some cases, may know about the house or condo than the listing agent. The other type of buyer plays an “open field” type of game. Their goal is too win, but they haven’t picked a specific path to victory. They’re in the real estate market trying to find the best property for their needs….but aren’t fixed on a certain neighborhood or school district.
Both type of “players” have plenty of information to help them determine if properties are priced “right” so if you’re one of the 10400 single family home or 1680 condo sellers, your property is either priced to be “in the game” or not. Last week’s real estate market showed some spunk but this week’s is a mixed bag with some price increases in 45069 and 45011 tempered by drops in 45014, 45069 (condos) and 45233.
