Rebounding Housing Market?
According to yesterday’s Wall Street Journal, compiling data from a variety of sources, the housing market appears to be recovering.
After 57 months of falling prices, the real estate market in the United States has finally climbed up to “zero”. The graph below (also from yesterday’s article) shows the trend- but it’s critical for home sellers in greater Cincinnati to understand that recovery does not equate to higher appraisals and sale prices….yet.

Checking the Cincy MLS for buyers and agents have 10,360 single family homes and 1685 condos available for sale. Lots of competition so if you live in one the zip codes listed below take a moment to compare the numbers from the last report. The median list price for homes in 45040 and 45233 are rising. Most of the area either holding steady or have experienced slight declines.
