This week greater Cincinnati real estate is showing some strength- several zip codes are experiencing a pricing uptick compared to last week.  The median prices for key zip codes show an increase in listing price for single family homes and condos.

The supply of homes and condos remains stable with 10,527 single family homes and 1744 condos listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati.  The median list price for single family homes is $151,900 and $118,245 for condos.  Buyers are looking at the “numbers” before making an offer and properties priced above the neighborhood norm don’t even get a second look.  If you would like more detailed information about your neighborhood or complex-call.
