Are High Priced Homes Selling in Greater Cincinnati?

After reading all the “down and out” stories about the local real estate market -lots of people think this isn’t a good time to put their home on the market.
The chart below is a quick look at the highest sale prices in the greater Cincinnati (data from Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati- Single Family Homes -Closed 01/01/10-09/10/10). And yes when you look at the high sales prices your first thought might be that ordinary homes aren’t selling and you would be wrong. Correctly priced inventory is selling because buyers are jumping on ”good deals”.
