Sellers in Butler county are facing steady levels available real estate for single family and condos . 

February 2009 had fewer new listings (528 vs. 577) and accepted offers (259 vs. 280) compared to February 2010.  Overall inventory has decreased by a couple hundred properties.  Bottom line- sales continue but dollar amounts are still down.
