During December 22 single family homes and 19 condominiums closed-which is an increase from November. Condo sale prices declined and home sale prices increased- by just a few thousand dollars. Pending sales (sales in the pipeline) declined and this may impact a good start for the Mason real estate market in January. Comparing numbers for the same time period last year 2009 had fewer home sales and more condo sales.
