Real estate “showings” have increased!
In spite of the bitter cold the weekend was definitely jumping with agents setting appointments to show properties. The uptick in showings “should” increase offers. Notice I said “should”! Some sellers still make it difficult to show their property and have not found the correct pricing strategy. Those properties are missing the boat and will sink out of sight as new inventory hits the market.
