Year End Comparisons for Home Sales

Data obtained from Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati

Dollar sales volume for single family home located in the greater Cincinnati area continues to increase.  However while the dollar volume is picking up- sales prices remain fairly flat.  Things to watch during the first quarter of 2010- interest rates, foreclosures and what happens to the housing market when all the tax credits expire.
