Year End Comparisons for Condo Sales

Good news about condos in both Butler and Warren counties. Condo sales in dollar volume has almost caught up in Butler County and Warren County sales have exceeded 2008. The financial gurus foresee a better real estate market in 2010 in terms of volume but not in pricing. I am more concerned about the impact of foreclosures, potential rise in interest rates and what happens when all the tax credits expire.
