In November 44 homes and 17 condos closed in West Chester, 1 homes and 1 condo in Beckett Ridge and 49 homes and 2 condos in Liberty Township. Closing numbers for both West Chester and Liberty Township jumped from October. Better news is sellers seem to be getting the message from buyers and listing prices have decreased slightly. More realistic pricing equals more sales.

In November 27 single family homes and 13 condominiums closed-a slight uptick from October. Both listing and closed prices declined slightly-however the pending prices for both single family homes and condos increased.
