Mums the Word

My bad…taking pictures of mums before the weather turned “fallish”. Time to enjoy the seasonal color displayed throughout the greater Cincinnati area.
I’ve decided it’s time to spread the word (again) that instead of freaking out over the possibility of a few snow flakes on Saturday the headlines should state that local real estate sells in good and bad weather, good and bad economic times and with high and low interest rates. So, if you are contemplating a move don’t make your decision based on assumptions- get the facts and make an informed decision.
According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati 12,824 homes and condos sold/closed between 01/01/09-09/30/09 in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren Counties….so real estate is selling in our area.
