Condo sales in greater Cincinnati remain steady!
According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati, comparing 2008 to 2009 condo sales in greater Cincinnati indicates buyers are definitely in the buying mood. Though the 2009 numbers are still lower than 2008 and sales prices are still lower. We are almost at the end of the time for buyers to use the First Time Home Buyer credit so sales through October should gain speed- but may loose strength in November.
