Sellers in Mason, Deerfield Township, Lebanon and throughout Warren County need to take into account the number of new listings hitting the market each month (blue column), total active inventory (reddish column) and the low number of pending sales (lime green column).
Overall Warren County is still losing ground on pendings versus new listings on the market. Until sales pick up-it remains a buyer’s market.
Lots of condos and houses to buy so sellers need to put on their “competitive pricing hat” when pricing your property for the realities of today’s market.
