Sellers in Hyde Park, Wyoming, Bridgetown, Cincinnati and throughout Hamilton County need to take into account the number of new listings hitting the market each month (blue column), total active inventory (reddish column) and the low number of pending sales (lime green column).
Each month the number of new listings is more than the number being sold and until there is a shift = a buyer’s market.
Lots of condos and houses to buy so sellers need to put on their “competitive pricing hat” when pricing your property for the realities of today’s market.
