Mason real estate ended June with a bang–40 homes and 21 condos sold/closed in June.

The average list price and sale price for single family homes increased slightly. However there is still a large gap between the average list price of $453,000 and average closed price of $299,000. Sellers need to take another look at the market and price accordingly.
Mortgage Rates have remained fairly steady and buyers are still “hovering” looking for the best deals.
