The average list price for single family homes and condos decreased slightly-as the sale/closed prices rose slightly. The “balancing” between what buyers will pay and sellers think their properties are worth shows up when the gap between list and sale prices decreases.
Keep in mind- mortgage rates are inching up-reducing what buyers can afford- and price accordingly.
