Columbus vs Cincinnati Real Estate

A good friend and great agent living in Columbus shared some real estate numbers with me:
According to the Columbus MLS 4303 single family homes closed from January 1st-May 3rd of this year. 86% sold for $250,000 or less.
So of course I checked the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati and it shows 4289 single family homes sold. 93% for $250,000 or less.
