Showings (people looking at homes) are increasing- buyers are definitely looking to buy- but only if they “smell” a great deal. Real estate in the Lakota School District remains steady-but the price difference between “list price” and “sale/closed price” indicates gap between seller’s expectations and actual sale prices.
The real estate mantra -pricing is still the most critical element.
