Why Real Estate Advertising has Changed

Sellers be aware!

The money spent on advertising your listing needs to focus on the changing market and changing buyers.

The other day a friend sent me a link to a very interesting clip.  If you take a few moments to watch it- look at the age and mobility of potential buyers and make sure your listing information is zeroing in on the correct target.

When trying to sell commercial Real Estate in Cincinnati or anywhere for that matter it is important to:

First, be realistic about the advantages and disadvantages of your property. Know what competing product is in the market and try to access the depth of the buyer pool for your property. The Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate market has faired better than most areas in Ohio but is feeling the effect as we work through the current recession.

Second, execute the basics of marketing. Advertise, use all available commercial databases, have quality marketing materials, and remember to revisit all marketing efforts on an ongoing and consistent basis. Your goal is to make sure that anyone thinking about buying a property similar to yours knows that your property is for sale. We use Loopnet and The Commercial Source to advertise our properties in the Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate market as part of our service to you.

Third, be creative with financing. Your buyer will probably need all of the help he can get. At Chelsea Moore we have been making deals that benefit the buyers and sellers of Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate so that both parties walk away knowing they got the best deal possible. Let Chelsea Moore work for you.

At Chelsea Moore Real Estate we have over a hundred years of expertise in the Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate market, the West Chester Commercial Real Estate and Northern Kentucky Real Estate market.
