The good news is the record low mortgage rates and the abundance of inventory is prompting buyers to wake up and start looking again.
Showings – appointments made by Realtors- are increasing and barring bad weather (snow and ice storms) buyer activity will continue to increase.
The key (as always) is pricing and having the property in tip top condition.
