The numbers above are just averages, certain homes and neighborhoods will have much higher (or much lower) sold prices for the last few years.
Look at the pricing trend and total number of homes sold. Chances are if you purchased in 2005 and financed 90%+ – you’re not going to come out ahead if need to sell right now,
The good news is with the historically low (and I mean low) interest rates, buyers are finally getting active in the market and the trend in Mason real estate may change during the first half of 2009.
