3 New Year’s Resolutions for Real Estate
January 5th, 2009 categories: West Chester Ohio
“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times….” .
The quote from “A Tale of Two Cities” by Charles Dickens says it all. 2008 certainly offered real estate buyers and sellers in West Chester, Cincinnati and Fairfield a myriad of issues and opportunities.
2009 is already starting off on better real estate footing.
- Historically low low interest rates
- Tons of inventory
- Fence sitting buyers are starting to move into the market
My real estate resolutions for 2009 are:
- Be happy- our real estate market has never been as bad as the ones in southeast Michigan, Las Vegas, Phoenix or other places.
- Be proactive- make sure my clients know, in real time, the current real estate market conditions. No overpriced listings sitting on the market for aeons
- Learn something new- when we purchased our home, we got a deal -14% interest rate adjustable mortgage. There are always ways to cope in any real estate market and I will help you through the process.
