Roller coaster real estate is so much fun?
Not really- but despite the sagging numbers, homes and condos within the Fairfield School District continue to sell.
Though the numbers are not great, the stable closing prices on properties is a good sign.
Fairfield and Fairfield Township are experiencing the same market trends as the areas around us (though our prices continue to be the lowest)- buyers are still waiting for a better deal and some sellers still have unrealistic price points.
