Real estate sales for West Chester/Liberty Township and Beckett Ridge (Lakota School District) are status quo.
Real estate sold/closed have slipped a little in the area.
In August 95 single family homes and 13 condominiums closed-indicating a slight dip from July’s numbers.
The days on market remain about the same as the previous month-once again this is a hard number to calculate without doing a listing by listing review of “real” days on market.
“Pricing it right” is still the mantra for today’s real estate market.
