July Real Estate Stats for Greater Cincinnati Area Market

Four county real estate round up!

According to the numbers I pulled from the Greater Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service, comparing year-to-date real estate sales of single family homes are still behind last year, however the market is beginning to show signs of life.

The amount of Sunday Open House traffic as well as “showing appointments” set by realtors is picking up- not a stampede yet- but buyers are out there shopping.
