July Real Estate Numbers for Fairfield/Fairfield Township Ohio

61 Single Family Homes and 15 Condos closed during July. 

While the sale price of homes fell slightly, the price of condos went up by approximately $1,000.

Pending sales are up- which is a good sign for home sellers.

Remember real estate is local- sometimes pricing may vary significantly- subdivision by subdivision.
