No Fireworks in Fairfield Real Estate

Would a smart person try to sell their property in the Fairfield School District in this market?

Yes!

While Fairfield and Fairfield Township real estate sales are not lighting up the skyline- there is a ever so small increase in list price and sale/closed price for single family homes.  Condo sale price fell $700+ but the pending sale price is increasing.

Teeter-totter results can be expected in today’s market- the good news is that area sales are definitely showing a very slight up swing.

Buyers are looking for the “deals” - so make sure you are showing up on their radar….price it right.
